About Us

About Us

Leading Training Company

We are a bilingual team of seasoned safety professionals with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 9 years dedicated to full-time safety management. Our expertise spans multiple sectors, including heavy civil construction, commercial projects, transportation, military, and airport infrastructure. We bring a wealth of knowledge in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs that ensure compliance with the highest standards across a wide range of industries.

Our experience includes overseeing multi-million dollar projects such as military barracks, wastewater treatment plants, fire stations, and major infrastructure developments. We specialize in risk management, safety training, accident investigations, and ensuring that all project operations comply with OSHA, EM-385-1-1, and other relevant safety regulations. We have a proven track record of advising management on safety deficiencies, conducting site inspections, preparing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and ensuring the safety of all personnel involved in various stages of construction.

Having worked on high-profile projects like the $450 million Fall Creek Hatchery and the $250 million Coachella Valley Arena, we understand the complexities involved in managing safety across diverse worksites. Whether it’s overseeing safety at a 60,000 square foot barracks or managing hazards at a wastewater treatment plant, our approach is grounded in real-world experience and practical safety solutions.

In addition to our extensive field experience, we bring a strong background in safety training and certifications. We are certified in multiple areas, including OSHA 500, OSHA 510, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR. We are also qualified trainers for Aerial Lifts, Telehandlers, and more, providing tailored safety programs that are relevant to each industry’s unique demands. Our focus is not just on meeting regulatory compliance but on fostering a proactive safety culture that reduces risks and enhances productivity.

Our past roles have included representing general contractors, owners, and subcontractors on a wide array of projects, from the $365 million Kaiser Hospital in San Marcos to complex projects like the $1.8 billion Intuit Dome and the LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse. We have also managed site safety programs for military installations, including the reconfiguration of Anaheim Bay at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach and a natural gas pipeline replacement at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar.

In addition to site-specific safety programs, we offer expert consultation in areas such as Lock Out/Tag Out, confined space entry, excavation safety, and managing hazardous materials. We have successfully implemented ZERO Accident Programs and monitored safety through comprehensive observation programs such as Safety, Training, and Observation Programs (STOP). Our hands-on approach ensures that all aspects of safety—ranging from training to incident reporting—are thoroughly covered and customized to meet the needs of each project.

At the core of our mission is the belief that safety and productivity go hand in hand. By developing and managing effective safety protocols, conducting pre-task planning, and ensuring compliance through thorough documentation and regular safety audits, we help our clients avoid costly delays, improve job site efficiency, and most importantly, safeguard the lives of their workers.

Our team is passionate about creating a safer work environment for everyone involved, no matter the size or scope of the project. Whether you need safety oversight for a major construction project or tailored training programs to ensure your team’s compliance with industry standards, we are here to support you every step of the way. With our extensive background and commitment to safety, you can trust us to deliver results that protect both your workforce and your bottom line.
